Hebron, KY (June 19, 2024) – Infotap, a gamified survey platform, partnered with the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to complete passenger intercept surveys. The airport was looking to deploy an innovative approach to understand and meet passenger preferences in the commercial and retail environment. Infotap responded by implementing an interactive experience via gamified surveys for the airport to capture valuable customer feedback. During the recent proof of concept which lasted six months, CVG collected over 88,000 completed surveys.
How it works: When passengers would connect to the airport’s free Wi-Fi, Infotap leveraged a gamified short survey to gather real-time insights. This feedback was then used to inform decision-making processes at CVG.
