Infotap has a built in dashboard to quickly view your results. We also have the ability to download the raw data using our export tool or our API. This data can then be analyzed further using third party tools like Google Sheets, or Power BI.
Survey designs can be altered by using our color pallet tools as well as uploading your own logos and graphics. You can create a theme or individually design each survey.
While the technical answer to this is no, we suggest keeping surveys to a reasonable time limit. You will see a big drop off in completions if you make them too long. We have a good KPI within our editor to let you know when your surveys are getting lengthy.
Yes, Infotap has a native API that can be used to integrate your data into your CRM system. We also include a mechanism to record your Contact Id from your CRM or ERP into the survey so the results can be matched up when the data is fed into your CRM.
