How quickly will I get a price for my venue?

We respond within one business day with your venue's annual price. No sales call is required before receiving a quote, and we can provide the number by email if that is your preference. Most venues receive their quote the same business day the request is submitted.

Do I need to know my exact annual visitor volume?

No. An estimated annual visitor volume band is enough to produce an accurate quote. If you are unsure, choose the closest band or select Not sure, and we will help you estimate it. Infotap is priced by annual visitor volume, so the band is the only sizing detail we need to price your venue.

Is requesting a quote a commitment?

No. Requesting a quote carries no commitment and no credit card. You receive your venue's annual price with no obligation to proceed. There is no sales pressure, and your details are never sold or shared.

Can I get a quote for multiple venues?

Yes. Organizations deploying Infotap across multiple venues receive volume pricing that reflects the combined scale of the deployment. Enter the number of venues and their combined estimated visitor volume in the form and we will provide a consolidated quote.
