Your annual price is determined by the number of people who pass through your venue and connect to Wi-Fi each year. The more visitors, the higher the tier. But the cost per visitor decreases as volume grows.

How is Infotap priced?

Infotap is priced as an annual contract based on your venue's annual visitor volume: the number of people who pass through your doors and connect to your Wi-Fi network each year. There are no per-survey fees, no user seat limits, and no usage caps. One flat annual price covers your entire deployment for the year, including the full platform, onboarding support, and annual deployment review.

Why is pricing based on visitor volume rather than features or users?

Infotap's value scales with the number of people it captures data from, not with how many staff members log into the dashboard. A venue with 10 million annual visitors generates proportionally more intelligence than one with 500,000, and that intelligence is worth proportionally more to the operator. Pricing by visitor volume aligns Infotap's price to the value it delivers, rather than to arbitrary feature tiers or seat counts that have no relationship to actual usage.

What does every Infotap contract include?

Every Infotap annual contract includes the full platform: Wi-Fi gateway survey capture, QR touchpoint surveys, real-time dashboard, AI executive reporting, guest persona generation, REST API and Webhooks, Power BI connector, Excel and CSV export, multi-language survey support, custom venue branding, dedicated onboarding support, and an annual deployment review. No features are gated by tier or visitor volume band. Every venue gets the full Infotap platform.

How quickly can I get a price for my venue?

Submit the quote request form with your venue name, industry, and estimated annual visitor volume. We respond within one business day with your venue's annual price. No sales call required before receiving a quote. We can provide the number by email if that's your preference. Most venues receive their quote the same business day the request is submitted.

Are multi-venue discounts available?

Yes. Organizations deploying Infotap across multiple venues (a hotel group, a transit authority operating multiple lines, or an airport authority managing several terminals) receive volume pricing that reflects the combined scale of the deployment. Include the number of venues and their combined estimated visitor volume in your quote request and we will provide a consolidated quote.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Infotap is sold as an annual contract with a minimum term of one year. Most venues renew annually. CVG International Airport, our flagship deployment, has maintained an active Infotap contract for four consecutive years. Multi-year contracts are available and include a fixed annual price for the duration of the agreement, protecting against any future rate changes.
