Organizations deploying Infotap across multiple venues (a hotel group, a transit authority operating multiple lines, or an airport authority managing several terminals) receive volume pricing that reflects the combined scale of the deployment. Include the number of venues and their combined estimated visitor volume in your quote request and we will provide a consolidated quote.
Infotap is sold as an annual contract with a minimum term of one year. Most venues renew annually. CVG International Airport, our flagship deployment, has maintained an active Infotap contract for four consecutive years. Multi-year contracts are available and include a fixed annual price for the duration of the agreement, protecting against any future rate changes.
